Returns & Refunds

Each My Rugby Star print is personalised and made to order using the information, images and choices you provide. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind once we have started creating your order.

Please check all names, ages, ratings, attributes and other information carefully before placing your order. We will create your print using the details submitted with your order.

If your print arrives damaged, is faulty, or we have made an error with your personalisation, please contact us as soon as possible and we will put it right. We may ask you to provide a photograph showing the problem.

If you realise you have made a mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If we have not yet started creating your print, we will do our best to make the change.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
